16 WEEK PROGRAM
Private Health Coaching (4 Month Plan) at just $180 per months 1 and 2. $90 per months 3 and 4.

You are unique -- your health goals and challenges are different from everyone else because your life experience is different too. I understand, and it’s why I keep personalized care at the center of everything I do. While I provide a wealth of at-home lab tests that get to the root cause of many health challenges and protocols that focus on correcting underlying imbalances, many people don’t know where to begin. Others have started to understand their bodies but have questions and no one to turn to for answers. This is why I am excited to offer private, one-on-one health coaching services available online.

Go further -- dive deeper into optimizing your health and wellness beyond my 16 week program. After working together for 4 months you will have drastically improved your health and established new, life long, healthy habits. Although this is a substantial time frame to restore balance in the body some clients need additional support or simply have a desire to learn more about optimizing their health. Each month I will help fine tune, tweak or introduce new integrative approaches to support you in living a life of peak wellness!

Lab Consultation Call (One-off appointments reviewing your lab results)
$50 (Per 30-minute consultation)
*Order a combination of two or three labs and receive a 60-minute consultation for $100
*Order all 5 labs and receive a 90-minute consultation for $150
*Individual lab consultation calls cost $50 to book, which will be waived from your purchase of any lab.
Order a functional medicine lab and receive a 30-minute consultation.
During your Skype consultation I will review your lab(s) and recommend the best supplement protocols personalized for you.
